the staff showed great customer service. they were helpful giving directions and points of interest. the rooms are cozy. a kitchen is available and people can cook their own meals.
the hotel asked for money to keep my luggage. i travel a lot and this never happened. the rooms walls looked dirty. there is no minibar nor kettle.

The check-in staff was quick, getting me settled in without delay. i found the family room spacious. This provided ample room for luggage and relaxation. the hotel's proximity to several restaurants allowed me to easily sample local cuisine. i valued having convenient access to public transportation stops as well.
i noticed slight street noise during peak hours, but it didn't significantly affect my overall experience.

the beds are too small for adults, it's true. there was no fridge in the room, inconvenient. i had to ask to change rooms because my first room was full of mosquitoes and the hotel lacked mosquito repellent.
